In the process of unloading oil tank trucks at a thermoelectric power plant, we replaced spreadsheets and manual measurements with an App that guides and controls the unloading with a customized workflow.

Now users can automatically measure truck weights, scan and verify truck plates.

They also capture the volume of oil unloaded, applying controls and notifying users if deviations arise and get reports of volume discharged, number of trucks, alerts triggered, among others.

Based on detailed Spreadsheets and Workflows, we built an App that guides users step by step through the NC/CA management process from detection to closure.
